11/2c canola oil
21/2c cake flour
1c cocoa powder
1tsp baking soda
Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil together for about 3 minutes.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add dry and wet in at same time. Mix batter until it's just combined. Lumps are okay.
Scoop into lined cupcake pan
Bake @350 for 12-15min
1lb unsalted butter at room temperature
3c confectioners sugar
1c cocoa powder
17oz container of marshmallow fluff
Cream butter, sugar, and cocoa together.
Then add whole container of fluff
The frosting should take about 5-8min to come together. Make sure the sugar and cocoa powder are both sifted.
