UNCASVILLE - A total of seven Connecticut Sun games will be broadcast on
Connecticut’s Sports Zone, MyTV9, this summer as the team
enters the second season of a multi-year partnership with
WCTX/MyTV9.
"We are thrilled to continue our affiliation with WCTX
MyTV9," said Chris Sienko, General Manager of the Connecticut Sun,
on Thursday. "Jon and his team have done everything possible to
make this a great fit, and bring the Sun to our fans in a first
class manner, with a very complete schedule."
Highlights of the broadcast schedule include home games
against the defending WNBA champion Detroit Shock on July 11th and
Sue Bird and the Seattle Storm on August 13th, as well as a road
game in Phoenix against Diana Taurasi and the Mercury on August
29th.

Manager of WTNH News Channel 8 and WCTX MyTV9. "Connecticut is the
home of great basketball fans. We are thrilled to provide our
viewers, with some of the best the WNBA has to offer."
The rest of the schedule includes games at New York on June
7th, against defending Western Conference champion San Antonio on
June 21st, at Chicago on August 1st and against Indiana in the
regular season home finale on September 13th. This schedule is
subject to change.
