On the Green with Gil

Good Morning Connecticut’s Gil Simmons is hitting the road. Gil is traveling the state, in search of interesting places, stories and events in Connecticut’s towns and cities. Then, Thursdays this summer, watch On the Green with Gil, as Gil broadcasts his morning weather forecast from one of Connecticut’s town greens. On the Green with Gil segments will highlight and explore interesting stories from the town or city of the day.

After the broadcast, viewers can go online to www.wtnh.com and watch extra footage of Gil exploring the town of the day. Viewers can also test their knowledge, with News 8’s On the Green with Gil quiz.
