Do you think you have what it takes to be a TV Star? Then here’s your chance to be Connecticut’s next celebrity. The search is on for the MyTV9 Star! The MyTV9 Star will receive an offer to be the on-air spokesperson for MyTV9 for one year.
If you’d like to try out for the opportunity of a lifetime, come audition at Barberino Nissan, at 505 North Colony Road in Wallingford, Connecticut. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 1pm to 7pm (Doors open at 11:30am). Visit BarberinoNissan.com for directions.

Come ready to be on camera and to show your star qualities!Each potential contestant will have at least a minute in front of a camera to prove why he or she should be the MyTV9 Star. The MyTV9 Star will receive a one year contract to be a spokesperson in all media and at assigned station/website events, contests, sales promotions and partner events.
Candidates should be efficient with web and all aspects of social media, including Facebook, Twitter and blogging. Candidates should be familiar with texting, uploading video, as well as shooting and editing video and still pictures. An expert panel of judges will make its decision based on personality, on-camera performance, and originality.
All entrants must be at least 21 years of age and bring an ID as proof of age.
