Entry Fee: $150 per person (or $550 per foursome)

Player Entry Includes:

Lunch, 9 holes on a par 70 course, bag drop, green fee, your own personal caddy, golfer's gift bag with a Jane Doe No More Ladies golf shirt, foursome photo, and awards reception for longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole in one
