NEWS 8 Gift Wrapping

Come meet with the NEWS 8 team on Saturday December 22nd at The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor. Teresa LaBarbera  and our My TV9 star Tulin Karasay will all be among those attending.

From 11 to 3 NEWS 8 anchors and reporters will offer their gift wrapping services in exchange for monetary donations to Toys for Tots. 

Since 1947 the US Marine Corps Reserves Toys for Tots has been delivering hope to economically disadvantaged children in the form of a new toy at Christmas. Monetary donations supplement the collections of local Toys for Tots campaigns and keep this amazing charity in service.

We will be joined by volunteers from the  US Marine Corps as well as special guests  Santa and Mrs. Claus and singer Tanya Leonard.  

Come out, holiday shop, visit with the NEWS 8 team, thank Marines for their service and listen to lovely holiday music; all while helping the Toys for Tots mission of making Christmas a reality for every child.
