Ballarmine Museum of Art

Dr. Jill Deupi, Director of the Bellarmine Museum of Art at Fairfield University, was here to tell us about Artist Colleen Browning who has two exhibits of her work opening concurrently at Fairfield University.

The shows are broken into two time periods, and each explores different styles, themes and subject matter. Taken together, these works showcase and illustrate seven decades of the artist’s lengthy career. The show has been presented in Ireland and NYC, and tours nationally after its Fairfield viewing.

The shows are titled: ‘The Early Works’ at the Bellarmine Museum of Art and ‘A Brush with Magic’ at the Thomas J Walsh Art Gallery.  For more information about either of these shows, visit www.fairfield.edu/arts .
