(WTNH) - Band Together CT celebrating 25th charity event with a benefit concert for the Alzheimer’s Association.
It began in March of 2006, a simple idea of gathering local musicians and artists to play music and raise money for local charities. Band Together CT, was born! It has grown into a premier music event attracting well known artist such John Oates and Ronnie Spector helping to raise over $850,000 for charities such as the Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.
Band Together has been recognized by CT Governor M. Jodi Rell and have worked with iconic celebrities like Meryl Streep and the Late Paul Neman in protecting Connecticut Farmlands.
On Thursday Feb 16th, Band Together CT will celebrate their 25th concert event benefiting The Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association
Band Together CT guarantees to have you out of your seat, singing and dancing to a melting pot of rock, soul and funk.
Scheduled to appear are Nicole Frechette, Billy Genaurio, Mike Cusato, Tara Engler, Paula Gallo, Scott White, John Lamb, Pat Williams, Mike Nappi, and co-founders Jerry Vigorito and Rob Fried. At FTC Stage One Thurs 2/16.
Doors open @ 7:00 show starts 7:30 Tickets $28/$23 for members.
