Zero to Breakthrough

Published : Tuesday, 13 Sep 2011, 2:46 PM EDT

There’s no challenge big enough for Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour. She’s the first African American female combat pilot in the history of the U.S. military, fulfilled her childhood dream of working in law enforcement by becoming the first African American female to serve on the Nashville Police Department’s motorcycle squad, and she is one of the only women to have played professional football.

Her book, "Zero to Breakthrough" is geared towards people reaching their goals, no matter what those may be.  For more information, visit  www.zerotobreakthrough.com .
