McDonald's new Happy Meal automatically includes an offering of fruit.
All Happy Meals include Apple Slices and kids-sized Frech Fries, & McDonald's is continuing its commitment of donating 1 penny per Happy Meal sold to Ronald McDonald House Charities .
Children will be able to still choose from a Hamburger, Cheeseburger or Chicken McNuggets and choice of beverage, including new fat-free chocolate milk, as well as the currently offered 1% low fat white milk.
