Children In Placement

(WTNH) - Since 1979 Children In Placement, a statewide program, has pursued its mission to facilitate judicial review of cases involving abused and neglected children so that each child in Connecticut realizes a safe and permanent home.

Children In Placement trains community volunteers to act as advocates on behalf of abused and neglected children in the court system. The volunteers act as the eyes and ears of the court, and report on the best interest of the child to the presiding judge. Our organization is a National CASA program, which is recognized in federal law for their representation of children.
