Special Voices

Special Voices provides a comprehensive, multi-level educational, social, and recreational experience. Through the process of rehearsal and performance, participants learn teamwork, discipline, memorization, instruction following, commitment, punctuality, and how to make a public presentation. In addition to these elements being essential to educational, social and recreational development, they are also fundamental to occupational success. The Special Voices experience allows teens with disabilities the opportunity to develop performance art skills, to build self confidence and to join in an interactive joyful sharing of their skills with other Special Voices performers, their families and their community.
