    (WTNH) - BlackRock Rocks Mardi Gras Celebration is a taste of New Orleans nestled in Bridgeport. A party with a purpose, our sixth annual fundraising event takes place on March 5, 2011. The party starts in the afternoon and goes well into the night. Featuring over a dozen bands and New Orleans inspired food, the atmosphere of Carnival is alive in the heart of Black Rock at Lady Luck, The Acoustic Café and other locations!
