(WTNH) - Dietician Katie Jeffrey-Lunn shares 8 fast and easy breakfast ideas.
Katie Jeffrey is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). She holds an M.S. in Nutritional Sciences and is a Certified Dietitian in Connecticut and is licensed in Rhode Island.
Through FitNutrition’s consulting rooms in Old Lyme and Stonington, Katie works with clients of all ages and fitness levels to identify and then achieve the food and lifestyle choices that match their unique health, wellness and athletic goals. She also delivers motivational, hands-on and scientifically–based presentations on performance nutrition and a variety of health topics.
Katie is honored to be the sports dietitian for Providence College athletes in Providence, Rhode Island, a columnist for a number of local magazines and news outlets.
