Father's Day Venezuelan Parrillada

(WTNH) - Neil Fuentes is back in the kitchen.

Father's day Venezuelan Parrillada

All sort of steaks and sausages
6 cloves of garlic
1 avocado
1 the juice of one lime
1 shallot
1 small tomato
1/2 green bell pepper
2 tsp of White vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
Cilantro
Salt and pepper taste
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor to form a smooth and creamy mixture.
Serve as a dressing for your grill meats.

Join Neil fof a fundraiser for cancer on July 8th at Anastasio's Steak House in East Haven.

The event will consist of a course meal cooked by Food Network and judge on Chopped Maneet Chauhan, Food Network Sweet Genius contestant Tommy Julianno, CCSU's International Chef Andres Vasquez and Neil Fuentes. Chris Cheung also from the Food Network will be jointing the cause. After the live demonstration and dinner there will be a concert by Sonido Libre Latin Band.
