(WTNH) - Bagwell Academy of Martial Arts,LLC was founded by Sensei Bagwell, March of 2011.
Classes include: Taekwondo and Kempo Karate, Cardio Kickboxing (men and women), Zumba aerobics, Yogalates and Zumbatomic for kids!

Monday March 14, 20011 YOGALATES CLASS from: 6:15pm-7:30pm. This class is FREE to all who will attend.
Tuesday March 15, ZUMBA aerobics from: 6pm-7pm this class is FREE to all who will attend!
