National Kidney Foundation

    One of the cornerstones of the mission of the National Kidney Foundation of Connecticut is the prevention of kidney disease. Our signature program for achieving this goal is the Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP), an early intervention health screening program of the National Kidney Foundation. When scheduling screenings, we particularly focus on minority communities since they are at the highest risk for kidney disease, and often experience a gap in the delivery of health care.
