This non-surgical fat reduction process requires no down-time and no anesthesia. CoolSculpting kills fat cells below the skin through a special “freezing” mechanism, and helps reduce areas that are often resistant to diet and exercise. The fat cells are cooled down until they solidify, without damaging the skin.
