In the Kitchen: The Cheeseboard

Personal Chef and Friend of the Show, Debra Queen ( www.chefqueenscuisine.com ), was back in the kitchen showing Teresa how to put together a cheeseboard for her Oscar Night Party.
A cheeseboard is a wonderful starter course for any sized gathering. With a variety of cheeses, nuts, fruits, crackers, and breads, a cheeseboard can even be considered a light meal. Chef Queen was here to show us which cheeses to pair well together and how to arrange them so that each ingredient compliments the others.
Chef Queen ( www.chefqueenscuisine.com ) will also be performing a live cooking demonstration this weekend at the 14 th Annual Home Show at the Oakdale Theater in Wallingford. Her demonstrations will take place Saturday evening and all day on Sunday and she’s invited us all to come see and taste!
