Bishop James Edge along with David Smith were in the kitchen with Teresa talking about the Kwanza Celebration while demonstrating how to make Peach Cobbler, a traditional Kwanza dessert.

Peach Cobbler

5 Cans of Drained Peaches

5 Cups of Sugar

2 Cups of Brown Sugar

1Tsp. of Cinnamon

1Tsp. of Nutmeg

½ Tsp. Allspice

¼ Tsp. Ginger

½ Stick of Butter

Crust

2 Cups of Flour

¾ Stick of Butter

Dash of Vanilla

1Tsp Spoon of Cold Water

Sprinkle a Mixture of Sugar and Cinnamon on Top

Bake for 45-60 Mins.
