(WTNH) - Healthy Smoothie Recipe
2 Bananas
2 cups of frozen Mango Chunks
4 rinsed Kale Leaves with the stems removed
1 smail bunch of green grapes about 20 grapes
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, you can also use rice or skim milk
1 Cup of filtered water
Blend well and enjoy
