My City Kitchen

Kashia Cave is native of the island of Trinidad & Tobago. Kashia is the Founder and President of My City Kitchen Inc., a non-profit organization and recreational culinary program targeted towards children that are obese or overweight, as well as children who has an interest in culinary arts how to prepare healthy meals while providing support to the parents.


A proud mother of 2 boys, celebrating 14 years of marriage she has a second love for culinary. She’s a graduate of Connecticut Culinary Institute, and the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) in Costigliole-D’Asti, Italy. Kashia worked at the Mistral in Bellagio, Como-Italy, and as Chef De Partie at Union League Café in New Haven, CT.
