Pesto Chicken
Fresh Basil
3-4 cloves of garlic
Salt/pepper to taste
2 tsp. fresh parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil

-Pan sear chicken on each side. Everything into food mixer until mixed into consistent past. Brush pesto onto chicken once done cooking

Coleslaw
Radicchio
Rutabaga
Orange peppers
Red onions
2 tbsp. yogurt
Salt/pepper to taste
