(WTNH) - Pastry chef Monica Banas is a Connecticut native who attended the Institute of Culinary Education (formerly Peter Krumps) in New York City. She currently is the pastry chef at the Amber Room Colonnade in Danbury.
Banas also creates custom wedding cakes and all-occasion cakes in fondant and buttercream, as well as handmade pastries.
