Chef Paolo Leon joined Connecticut Style to prepare one of the delicious dishes that you will enjoy on Valentine's Day.
Papardelle allo Scoglio
Ingredients:
1 c. grape tomatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
parsley
parpardella pasta
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 shrimp, peeled and cleaned
6 sea scallops
1/4 c. lump crabmeat
12 cockles
Method:
In a large saucepan saute olive oil and garlic. Add shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, cockles and tomatoes. Cover and cook on medium heat about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente. Toss with fish mixture and garnish with parsley.
