You can get all your ingredients at your local Asian market.
Sweet and sour chili sauce
Thinly sliced chicken breast
Method: Place rice vermicelli in warm water for about 5 minutes until soft. Drain and place aside. Deep one sheet of rice paper in the cool water for both sides. Discard water from it and place on your counter. Add chili sauce, chicken, shrimp, seaweed salad, vermicelli, sprouts, and sesame oil.
Roll roll a 1/4 way in and then fold the sides to the inside, continue to roll until forming a spring roll like shape. Serve with Soy sauce and Chili sauce.
