It's no surprise as the health care system can be confusing and complex. Add in new laws implemented by President Obama and people have even more questions.
Maura Carley, author of "Health Insurance, Navigating Traps & Gaps," tries to help people understand the issues.
Maura is also the president of Healthcare Navigation, a health insurance consulting and advocacy firm.
