(WTNH) - The Sensational Singing Chef Neil Fuentes is back in the CT Style kitchen!
Simple and healthy but elegant dinner for 2.
4 Chicken breasts.
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1/4 cup of adobo
1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
1 small goat cheese package
4 Prosciutto slices
1 Zuchinni or Yellow squash
Place the flower with the Adobo in one bowl, the milk and the bread crumbs in two other bowls to build an assembly line.
Place each chicken breast in milk, then flour then milk and last bread crumbs.
In a medium frying pan place the olive oil and pan fry the chicken breast until golden brown.
Once they are golden brown place on a baking sheet.
On the same frying pan, place a little more olive oil, add the garlic and the onion (sliced) and cook at medium heat until they are nice and soft.
Place on top of each chicken breast some tomato sauce, then one slice of prosciutto, the onions and garlic, and top with the goat cheese.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Slice the squash or zucchini and the asparagus and also place on a baking sheet and place in the oven a the same time as the chicken.
Served 2 chicken breasts in each plate with some of the vegetables.
