Pasta Alla Matriccianna

(WTNH) -- Neil Fuentes is in the kitchen, with a fast and easy way to make a very delicious pasta dish with very few and simple ingredients.

Simple Pasta Alla Matriccianna
Serving for 2:
2 cups of your favorite pasta or noodle
1 clove of garlic
6 bacon strips chopped in 1 by 1 inch
4 plum tomatoes also diced
Olive oil
6 fresh basil leaves
1 cup of parmesan cheese.
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place the pasta in heavily salted boiling water,

Heat up a large frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and the bacon, cook until the bacon is crispy. At that point, add the minced garlic and let them cook for about 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes and and move with a tablespoon. Add salt and pepper if necessary.

Take the pasta out of the boiling water and place directly in the frying pan. Turn the heat off and add the parmesan cheese.

Place on a serving platter and add some basil leaves on top for garnish and flavor.
