Stage 8 presents: Liana Conway

(WTNH) -- Stage 8 presents Liana Conway, an aspiring country musician.
Liana is a 21-year-old Nashville singer-songwriter who has been compared to everyone from Colbie Caillat to Stevie Nicks, and was even called "The Next Taylor Swift." Her most recent song "Day Dreamin" was premiered on Seventeen.com and her new album "Sunrise" is out in July.
Conway's passion for songwriting ignited at the age of three, when she discovered her father's Time-Life compilation tape from 1969, featuring soulful classics by artists including the Jackson 5 and The Temptations. While learning to sing, Conway also developed interests in painting and writing, jotting her free-form poetry down in her notebook and eventually writing her own songs.
