Motivational Speaker and Coach, Lois Barth ( www.loisbarth.com ), was in the studio demonstrating some of her tips and techniques for managing the every day stresses of life.

There is a connection between our internal negative “self-talk” and stress, as well as methods for dealing with our own worst judges.  There are toxic people in our lives, and sometimes we don’t have the option of just walking away…  Lois gives us ways to disengage from the “crazy makers” and the crazy-making behaviors that go with them.

Stress can be a positive tool to help motivate you but today’s trend of being “more stressed” than the next guy is definitely not a healthy way to live.
