(WTNH) - Author Sheila Hageman is " Stripping Down " in her memoir.

"Stripping Down: A Memoir," is a meditation on womanhood and body image. It’s about Hageman's struggle through loss, motherhood and the eventual finding of self.

Hageman is a former NYC stripper who became my college’s valedictorian. She's now an author, a teacher and a mom.
