The Unquowa School

New Haven (WTNH) - Founded in 1917, The Unquowa School is a learning community that prizes student independence and creativity, academic vigor, personal responsibility, kindness and manners. They foster a collaboration of faculty, parents and trustees to create a caring family atmosphere that gives children the confidence, both academically and socially, to succeed at the best independent and public high schools, both day and boarding.

School chef Peter Gorman came to Connecticut Style to discuss their unique lunch program.
