Founder and President of the West Haven Black Coalition, Carroll E. Brow, stopped by the studio to talk to Teresa about the upcoming Carroll E. Brown Scholarship & Community Awards Dinner taking place on Saturday, February 23 ^rd at the Fantasia Banquet Facility in North Haven.
