Wise Watering in the Garden

(WTNH) - Gardner Colleen Plimpton shares for watering your garden.

2012 is shaping up to be one of the driest on record, we are almost 8" under normal rainfall!

Gardeners need to conserve water, but it's still possible to have an abundant garden.
