Jonas Brothers in charity softball game

New Britain, Conn. (WTNH) - The Jonas Brothers will be looking to make softball hits rather than hit singles when they take on a group from ESPN in a charity baseball game.

The event will be held at Noon on August 13 at New Britain Stadium, a few hours before the group performs at the Comcast Theatre in Hartford.

The Jonas Brother's softball team, called the "Road Dogs", will face the ESPN "G.O.A.T.S,", a team comprised of of ESPN commentators.

While the tickets are free, donations are being accepted for Connecticut Children's Medical Center's A Brighter Hope campaign . Tickets are available at the New Britain Stadium Box Office, 230 John Karbonic Way, in New Britain, or by calling 860-224-8383.
