FU freshman in ICU following assault

    Fairfield (WTNH) - A Fairfield University freshman is in the intensive care unit of Norwalk Hospital following an assault, Saturday.

    David Keith, 18, of Fairfield was assaulted during/after a party on-campus. His condition continues to improve, police say.

    "I find it conceivable that almost 100 people attended this party and that more people are not forthcoming with information regarding this serious assault of a fellow student," said Det. Harsche of the Westport Police Dept.

    No arrests have been made.
