News 8 viewers are sounding off on backyard burials, Occupy New Haven, the late Dick Clark, and a variety of other controversial topics.

"I doubt if you'll ever use my message. I couldn't get over the insensitivity to the people who were on the Green demonstrating against the Wall Street atrocities, how they devastated this economy," said anonymous of Watertown.

"About the cemeteries in Washington that are a couple centuries old, that was way way way before zoning. This lady in Chester breaking zoning regulations rules, she should penalized daily for it. If the town of Chester or the State of Connecticut lets her get away with it, it will just set a precedent and no one should abide by the rules then if that's the case," said Charlie of Wallingford.

"Everybody's talking about the bus thing from New Britain to Hartford. I'm against it because it doesn't go far enough. Why not put a rail system in from the Brewster line all the way up the 84 corridor right into Hartford. A commuter rail line would alleviate all the traffic on 84," said Michael of Waterbury.

"Mass transportation should be one of our high priorities in the state, it would bring more people into Hartford for work and shopping and businesses," said Anna of Southington.

"No I don't think the child that was trying to protect himself should have to pay for anything. I think it should all be put on the bully, so let's send that powerful message," said Anthony of New Haven.

"I remember watching Dick Clark American Bandstand when he had the legendary techno band called Devo and Dick Clark, said the Devo is still the future of rock n roll. That's back in 1980," said Tony of Meriden.
