Conn. musicians 'Give To The Gulf'

New Haven, Conn. (WTNH) - Some local musicians come together with Apple and the United Way to raise money for aid to the Gulf.

It's called " Give To The Gulf ."

The project is the brainchild of Eric Knight who gathered the musicians to write nearly a dozen songs that you can download through iTunes.

All of the money goes help clean the Gulf, News 8 was told.

“There are 11 songs that they can down load individually, or as a collection that have been created by wonderful artists that have given their time,” said Eric Knight. “And they are all original pieces of music"

"If this happened here in Long Island Sound, what would that do to us and our economy?” Tom Russo commented. “And that is a great frame work to look at it in."
