(WTNH) -- Drivers are spending a little bit less each day to fill up the tank.

AAA reports the average price of a gallon of gas in Connecticut has fallen a dime compared to this time in April.

Tuesday's average price for a gallon of regular is $4.053. That's down more than four cents in the past week, and ten cents from last month.

Diesel prices have also dropped in the past month.

The all time high for gasoline was $4.39 back in 2008.
