Marine fatally stabbed, to be laid to rest

(WTNH) --Funeral Services for Lance Corporal Philip Michaelfor Bushong are being held on Tuesday, May 1, at 11 a. m.

Bushong, who is a former Enfield resident died Saturday morning. According to authorities, he was stabbed several times by a fellow Marine while in D.C.

The service will take place at the Colonial Forastiere Funeral Home in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Bushong will be laid to rest with full military honors at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery also in Agawam.
