(WTNH) -- Connecticut residents may not have won the jackpot in Wednesday's record $579.9 million Powerball lottery drawing, but three ticketholders still won big.
The numbers were 5, 16, 22, 23, 29, Powerball 6.
Connecticut Lottery officials say one winning ticket in Connecticut got the Match 5 and was a Power Play ticket. That means it's worth two million dollars.
Two other tickets were also Match 5 winners, but without the Power Play option. Those tickets are worth one million dollars.
Overall, Connecticut Lottery officials say 148,555 tickets that won some prize were sold in Connecticut.
Two jackpot tickets were sold, one in Arizona, the other in Missouri. Nearly nine million tickets that won a prize were sold nationwide.
