Cromwell, Conn. (WTNH) - Cromwell police have confirmed the body found on River Road in Sharon is that of missing 52-year-old Carmen Kotula of Cromwell.
Police say they received notification from Troop L shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday evening that they positively identified Kotula. Her body was recovered earlier in the day in a wooded area close to where he vehicle was found on Feb. 27.
Lt. J. Paul Vance of State police said early investigations show no criminal activity surrounding the death and is currently being considered as an untimely death.
No other information has been released at this time.
