Operation Fuel in need of donations

(WTNH) -- As the temperatures begin to dip, Operation Fuel says it needs your help.

The non-profit organization is preparing for its 36th year of providing emergency energy assistance to local families. And it says 1 in 5 households can't afford to pay their energy bill.
   
The group says it needs donations to help families keep warm.

Operation Fuel hopes to raise at least $1 million from individual donors this winter.
