(WTNH) -- Viewers are sounding off about taxes, the tax on Olympic medals, and the recent ruling in the Malik Jones case.

"If they're gonna tax them then those parents ought to take every penny spent with these youngsters training them, the way they did, and have it as a tax deduction," said Shirley in Milford.

"Absolutely ridiculous taxing them on their medals," said an anonymous caller from Danbury. "It's bad enough the uniforms are made in China, now you're gonna tax them for their things? Did the Giants pay tax on their Super Bowl rings? I wonder about that."

"It's about time these stupid cases are thrown out of court, causing all this money and everything being spent on frivolous cases," said Gary in Stratford.

"I think that whole bed bugs thing in Middletown is disgusting," said an anonymous caller from North Haven. "People can spend a lot less money if they buy books on the computer,  rather than going to the store."
