Callers sound off about gas prices, missing money

(WTNH) -- Increasing gas prices, missing funds in one community and more; our viewers are fired up over some of the stories we've been covering.

Irene from Seymour said, "you know I'm getting sick and tired of the bull with these gas prices. What is it, it's a holiday, so they're gonna yank chain and put out some stupid excuses."

Gio from Shelton said, "calling about the $200,000 missing from Shelton funds. Listen I live in Shelton and there's a lot of corruption in Shelton and they need to clean it up."

Joe from Shelton said, "I think it's disgusting what these two people have done if they are found guilty. We have to pay to play for sports. Our teachers and schools are under funded. And these greedy people take our hard-earned tax money. It's just disgusting."

Ron from East Haven said, "I mean that is the most ridiculous handling of a motor vehicle I have ever seen in my life. And they're acting like she's the world's greatest driver. Absolute sheer stupidity."
