(WTNH) -- People are still all fired up over the jobs the plows are doing to remove all this snow. And now some people don't agree with the plan to put that snow into the water. Here's tonight's Voice of the People.
Tracey from Bridgeport said, "Waterways have very fragile ecosystems and the salt from the roadways is going to disturb that immensely along with all the garbage that's underneath the snow on the roadways."
Hector from Bridgeport said, "I feel that the Director of Public Works, the Department of Public Works, should be fired."
Linda from Naugatuck said, "It's ridiculous this 100 dollars a sidewalk thing. Who do you think you are charging people that kind of money? It's their business what they do. And the sidewalk should be town responsibility."
Sharon from New Haven said, "I want to commend the Public Works Department from New Haven and Hamden, and the individual contractors who were contracted out to help. You all are doing a phenomenal job. People are complaining because their streets aren't plowed or they can't get around. What they should do is get a shovel and try to help you."
