(WTNH) -- Many of you are still fired up about slow snow removal. And rising gas prices have some of you calling for a protest. Here's tonight's Voice of the People.

Mary Kay from Hamden said, "I'm calling in regards to the rising gas prices. It's time for the public to unite, if we would stop driving for a weekend, maybe someone would feel this."

Carl from New Haven said, "They told us over here on Farin Avenue not to park our cars on the odd side of the street. So nobody had a place to put their cars. The odd side of the street is still a mess and that's a main road going from New Haven to East Haven."

Jay from Westbrook said, "I think it's about time everyone just chills out and leaves these poor DOT workers alone. I mean they're definitely trying to do their best and town workers are doing a phenomenal job, the snow is hard. These guys are only human they have to rest, they have to sleep, they have to eat.  They need their coffee, just sit back and if there's a problem grab a shovel and do 6, 5, 10 feet of your own sidewalk."

Erica from New Haven said, "I would like to know how New Haven's Mayor picks and chooses whose streets will be passable."
