(WTNH) -- Our story about American Olympian's wearing attire made in China really has people ticked off. We got flooded with calls from viewers in tonight's Voice of the People.

Helen from Hamden said, "why are they outraged now considering virtually everything we buy is made in China. Including all the communications to be used at the Olympics, iPad's iPhones and all the equipment gear, lighting, electrical components, etc., all made in China."

Dee Dee from Uncasville said, "how many people out there would love to have a job and be proud to say that it's made in Alerca and they made it. Bring the jobs back to America."

Irene from Sterling said, "this is the iconic, the number one thing is American's in the Olympics, and not even American's made this clothing and it's just an outrage, it's terrible."

Ann from Wallingford said, "since America is sending the best of the best athletes there, then I think their attire should be made by the best of the best factories in the United States."

Bob from West Haven said, "Ralph Lauren and whoever else is involved should be ashamed of themselves. Keep jobs in the USA for our boys and girls who represent the USA."

Dave from South Glastonbury said, "but going to China is the same cop-out all our businesses use, we are getting screwed."
