(WTNH) -- Tonight you're weighing in on a proposal to eliminate the motor vehicle tax and you're also sounding-off about a decision out of Meriden to overturn a part of the school dress code.

Elle from Seymour said, "It's nice to see that the school caved into the students as far as the fashion scarves go. It's good to see students stand up to the school and get something that they want."

Chuck from Waterbury said, "Regarding the Pratt and Whitney engine problems in Israel, my suggestion is bring all the jobs back to America, where we do things right. That's all I have to say."

Karen from Stratford said, "I disagree with the elimination of the car tax. Because that money has got to be made up somewhere."

Anonymous from Derby said, "It's another way for this Governor Malloy to turn around and mess around with the poor middle class and take care of his rich friends again. I think this Governor is gonna be gone after this next election."

Sharon from New Haven said, "I just got finished watching the news segment where there were car break-ins in Milford. And this gentleman gets on the TV and says people like me, I mean why? Not in this area. Come on crime is all over the world. I don't care where it is, whether it's on Wall Street, or 5th Avenue. This is a different age, it's not like it was before, so wake up."
